1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and PKR88 ("Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the PKR88 online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://pkr88.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

PKR88 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform built for Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino games, educational guides and related services. By registering, accessing or using any part of the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any awarded bonus credit, less any bets placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, enhanced odds offer or other incentive made available by the Operator subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User from a personal payment method into their Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification using government-issued documentation such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for Pakistani users.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the denomination used within the Platform for eligible users.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available within the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a User's Account to a personal payment method verified in the cashier.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games or markets before it can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Platform Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, guides and support channels available on or through the Site.

3. Account Eligibility

Registration on the Platform is permitted only to Users who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform enforces age verification as a mandatory condition of account activation. Presenting false or misleading documentation to circumvent age verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3.3 Capacity and Consent

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each User may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — are strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access Platform Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. PKR88 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any stage.

4.1 Registration Information

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Valid date of birth confirming minimum age eligibility
• A unique, valid email address you control
• A valid contact number
• Residential address — including city (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar)
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

4.2 KYC Verification

The Platform operates a mandatory KYC verification process. For Pakistani users, the primary accepted identity document is the CNIC. Additional documentation — including proof of address or payment method verification — may be requested. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Operator's satisfaction. The Operator may request updated or additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to reporting a security breach to the Operator will be deemed to have been authorised by you. Enable two-factor authentication where available to enhance account security.

5. Terms of Use

Subject to eligibility and compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, content and game logic, remain the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

6. Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The Operator does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT — may be listed in the cashier where available. The appearance of these payment references constitutes informational context only. The Operator makes no representation that these providers endorse, support or affiliate with the Platform.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier
• The Operator is not liable for delays or failures caused by the User's payment provider
• Currency conversion fees and provider-side transaction charges are the User's responsibility
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where crypto deposits are supported, Users must verify the correct network and wallet address before initiating a transfer. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The Operator is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks. Crypto values are volatile; the PKR equivalent of a deposit may differ from the amount credited due to exchange rate fluctuations and processing time.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timelines, which depend on the payment method, the User's verification status and internal compliance review requirements.

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period
• Withdrawals involving active bonus credit subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal
• Processing times vary: mobile wallet options may be faster than bank transfers; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days; crypto withdrawals depend on network confirmation requirements
• The Operator is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, banking holidays or compliance holds triggered by regulatory obligations

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions are set out below.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets and validity period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the Operator's betting rules as published and updated from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the Operator's published rules for each sport or market category
• Odds are provided in decimal format by default; users may be able to switch format within account settings
• In-play (live) bets are subject to market-specific rules and may be voided in the event of a technical issue affecting the integrity of the live data feed
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, with erroneous odds or following a system malfunction
• Cricket markets — including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals and ICC tournament fixtures — are settled in accordance with the Operator's cricket betting rules
• Football, UFC and other sports markets are settled according to the respective sport rules
• Where a match is abandoned or suspended, settlement follows the published void and settlement policy for that sport

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity or payment information
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities
• Using automated tools, bots or scripting to interact with the Platform
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or collusion
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions without first contacting the Platform's support team
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your Account
• Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of sports events or casino games

11. Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion and without prior notice, particularly where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected. Users may also request account closure voluntarily at any time.

11.1 Operator-Initiated Closure

In cases of confirmed Terms breach, fraud or regulatory obligation, the Operator may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is proven, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure

Users wishing to close their Account permanently, or to activate self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling framework, should contact the support team via live chat. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed promptly and are available to all registered users at no cost.

12. Responsible Gambling

PKR88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered users without charge:

• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits over defined time periods
• Session time reminders and time-out controls
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension)
• Permanent self-exclusion at the User's request

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposited funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before commencing any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms overrides or limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Pakistani users must be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial laws may affect their right to seek remedies in Pakistani courts. Independent legal advice should be sought where necessary.

15. Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
